Glasgow attack confirmed as a terrorist attack.

The attack on Glasgow has now been confirmed as a terrorist attack, no links have been made between the cars in London and Glasgow, but nails were found inside the car, so it goes without saying (unofficially) they are linked.
Also a suspect device was found on the suspect, who is in a crictical condition and has severe burns, and the hospital he was being treated in has now been evacuated.
Gordon Brown has urged the police and British public to be vigil for suspect cars and packages. Meanwhile, a small bomb was detonated in a controlled situation, by Spanish police in Ibiza. Again, there has been no official connections between these plots in Spain, Scotland and England. However it is worrying that all four areas were targeted where there is:
a) American/British tourists
b) A large mass of people.
